[Star in News reporter Kim Eun-young]The group "BTS" has turned into a barefoot black.

BTS first unveiled the stage of "Black Swan" on U.S. CBS' "The Rate Show With James Corden," which aired on Friday.

Comedian James Corden, the host of the "The Rate Show," raised expectations by posting photos taken with BTS members on his Twitter account before the show. Some photos of the rehearsal stage were released online, heating up ahead of the main broadcast.

The broadcast was also broadcast live online, heating up the Internet space. The hashtag "#BTSxCorden" on Twitter also topped the real-time trend.

Wearing black outfits on the show, BTS took off its socks as well as shoes and went on stage barefoot. It was impressive to see the choreography highlighting the curves that used the movements of modern dance instead of the traditional K-pop dance. In particular, Jimin's movements were noticeable when he was exposed to modern dance among the members. The backdrop of the black forest motibble spread light and light to a curved line.

BTS and its agency Big Hit Entertainment said "Blackswan" was inspired by a famous quote from Martha Graham (1894-1991), the "grandmother of contemporary American dance."

"The dancer dies twice. The first death is when the dancer stops dancing. And this death is more painful once they stop dancing, and this first death is the more painful sentence.

Graham is a "pioneer in modern dance" in the early 20th century. Graham is said to have changed the dance version by choreographing a dance line that curves through the muscle’s "shrink and relax." Before his appearance, classic footwear moves usually pursued straight lines. The curved stage of the upcoming "Blackswan" apparently inspired by Graham.

BTS released the song "Black Swan" in advance on Thursday, unveiling an art film that collaborated with Slovenia’s contemporary dance team "MN Dance Company." The song was choreographed and produced based on the song and concept that MEN Dance Company heard from Big Hit.

The unexpected part of the art film is the absence of BTS members. In the first place, when the MEN dance company was announced to participate in the art film, it was widely expected that BTS members would show the dance choreographed by the company.

BTS' latest "Black Swan" has helped make the song's texture diverse with a different version from the MEN Dance Company.

I hope I can work directly with BTS in the future," said Nastia Bremek Rinia, artistic director and choreographer of the MEN Dance Company, who only worked on art films. It's also exciting to watch BTS members move in our dance vocabulary. First of all, we're very excited about their performance. It would be amazing," he was sure.

"Blackswan" was pre-released as a song from BTS' fourth full-length album, "Map of the Sol: 7," which will be released on Feb. 21. As expected, it is checking BTS' name value as it enters 57th and 46th place on the U.S. Billboard main single chart "Hot 100" and the British official single chart "Top 100," which goes to the world's two biggest pop charts, respectively.
